Do you clean in my area?

Our normal service area is in the southwest suburbs of Chicago within a 10 mile radius of Hickory Hills. We do make exceptions to this rule, but there may be a minimum charge or hours required to travel beyond these boundaries. Our rates are very affordable, so give us a call or request a quote online.
Who will be in my home?

Our cleaning crews are typically 3 to 5 people and consist of both men and women. We find that this team effort is the most effective way of cleaning and checking each others work to assure the best possible results for your home. We will make exceptions to this upon request to meet with each clients desires.
Do you furnish the cleaning supplies and equipment?

Yes we provide all cleaning supplies and equipment as part of our standard price. If there are special or specific supplies you prefer, simply let us know and we will use the product you provide. We will keep an eye on how much you have left and let you know when more is needed so the supplies you want are always available to clean your house your way.
What are your rates?

We typically charge by the hour for homes and provide a fixed quote with defined services for our commercial clients. We will provide a FREE estimate in the format you choose based on your cleaning needs, travel requirements, frequency of work, etc.
Do I need to be home?

Only if you choose to be. We recognize that each of our clients have a different comfort level with other people being in their home. Some people are there the entire time, some let us in and leave, and others provide us with a key to come while they're away at work.
What if something is damaged when my home is being cleaned?

We carry a $1,000,000 liability insurance policy to cover any damage that may accidentally occur. In our 24 plus years as a company, we have only had to use our insurance policy once. We take great care when cleaning your home as if it were our own. On the rare occasion that we damage something, we will replace or pay for the item swiftly.
Do I have to do anything before the cleaning?

The only tasks our clients must do before cleaning is assure we have entrance to your home at the agreed upon time, provide any special cleaning supplies, and leave payment in the event that you will not be home when we're done.
How do I pay for my cleaning services?

Holidays are a busy time for our business. We attempt to get any holiday cleaning done by expanding our normal service hours both before and after the holidays. Early appointments are strongly recommended. The days we do not clean are:

What should I do with my pets while you're in my home?

We are a pet frinedly company. We typically will work around your pets unless you determine them to be unsafe. In this case we prefer that they are in a cage or are kept outside.
What if I'm not satisfied with my cleaning services?

We offer a 100% guarantee. You deserve to have your home or business cleaned the way you want. If called within 24 hours of service, we will return to remedy the situation at your earliest convenience.
What services are not included in my cleaning service?

For a typical home, we perform any service that you need. Check out our services provided page. If you don't see what you are looking for, just ask. For commercial services or formal quotations, we define the specific items and frequency for completion. Anything not specifically stated will be deemed extra and charged accordingly at an agreed upon rate prior to the work commencing.
What if I don't need my whole house cleaned?
